1 General Provisions

jia9 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides a safe and reliable online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern all aspects of accessing and using the platform.

The term "user" or "you" as used in these Terms refers to any person or entity who has registered on the jia9 platform or is using the services.

• These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Even if any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in force.
• jia9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms, provided in Bengali, take precedence over any translation in any other language.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the jia9 platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Verification: Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory — false information may result in account cancellation.
• One Account Policy: Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all related accounts may be cancelled.
• Legal Status: It is your own responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legally permitted in your location.
• Own Account: You may only operate an account in your own name and for yourself — playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

jia9 reserves the right to refuse registration for any reason and is not obligated to provide any explanation in this regard.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your login credentials (password, PIN) with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password — it is best not to use the same password on other sites.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact [email protected] immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out after use.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

You will bear full responsibility for all activities carried out from your account, including unauthorized use by a third party. jia9 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jia9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The relevant policies are detailed below:

Deposit:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Provide all details correctly at the time of deposit. jia9 is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• jia9 may request identity verification (KYC) documents when required — failure to provide documents may suspend the withdrawal.
• jia9 reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal process if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

Funds received as a jia9 bonus or reward must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jia9 offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its users. The specific terms of these offers are described below:

Welcome Bonus:

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Another example: Deposit ৳12,000 and a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• The wagering requirement is 25x — applied only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance.
• Example: Receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The list of games eligible for bonus wagering can be found on the promotions page.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within a specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Policy:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — read the relevant terms before accepting a new offer.
• jia9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled and all bonuses forfeited.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on jia9 are conducted under fair and transparent policies. The following rules apply to all users:

• Fair Play: Any form of cheating, use of bots, automation software, or fraudulent tactics is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Technical Issues: If a game's outcome is affected by a technical fault, jia9 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.
• Display Errors: If incorrect information (such as wrong odds) is displayed in a game, the result of that round will be voided.
• Disconnection: jia9 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection during a game — however, an automatic recovery process is in place.
• Game Availability: jia9 reserves the right to remove any game temporarily or permanently.

7 Responsible Gaming

jia9 places the highest priority on the well-being and welfare of its players. Responsible gaming is an integral part of our core values.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jia9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Transactions suspected of money laundering.
• Operating an account while being a minor.

In the event of account cancellation, jia9 will follow its own policies regarding the return of legitimate funds (excluding bonuses). Users may also request account closure at any time — contact [email protected] in this case.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jia9 platform — logos, designs, text, software, game elements, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jia9 or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content is prohibited except for personal and non-commercial use.
• jia9's logos or trademarks may not be used without written permission.
• Reverse engineering the platform's software or code is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jia9 is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses arising from gaming — gaming outcomes are uncertain and involve risk.
• Losses caused by technical issues with your internet connection or device.
• Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, etc.
• Any loss resulting from accessing third-party websites or services.

There is financial risk in gambling. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

11 Privacy

jia9 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology.

jia9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
• For important changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes means accepting the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the new terms, please request to close your account.
